Fitness Trail Fun

Today we walked down to the fitness trail to have a go on it.

Tatiana said she enjoyed racing against other people. Kay likes that you can go over or under the bars.

We found the balance bar the trickiest but the wooden steps to climb up were a bit scary too. It was lots of fun having a go on it during class time!

Production week 9

We are fast approaching our Year 1-3 School Production which takes place in Week 9 of this term.

Every child takes part in the production as part of their class act, and we are looking forward to showing off our talents on the performance days which are as follows:
Monday 26th June  - Dress rehearsal  (during school time)
Tuesday 27th June  - 6pm Evening performance - children to arrive at school by 5.30pm
Wednesday 28th June  - Matinee performance (during school time)
Thursday 29th June - 6pm Evening performance - children to arrive at school by 5.30pm
Each class is representing a colour and our colour is purple.  Our costume requirements are:

  • Black leggings / trousers
  • Plain purple or black t-shirt - this can be either short sleeve or long sleeve top, or a singlet
  • a pair of sunglasses (these do not need to be purple...) (please let me know if you don't have a pair of sunglasses and I can organise some)

I have bought purple spray for their hair. Please let me know if you do not want your child to have it in. We will only be using this for the night shows....

Please see the 'Term 2' page for our song words and music.
